Infy ...

I think in Year 2005..  About to finish final year MCA, Got call letter from Infosys to attend the interview (Because My Academic Background record is good :-) ), As i was fresher i had to clear the Written test then GD followed by HR Round. I was so Excited when i saw the call letter as if i got Offer letter for getting to Infosys.

I had a kind of Dream that if at all iam into IT industry.. "I will work in world Top companies like Microsoft, IBM, Google and Indian Top companies like Infosys, Satyam, TCS, Wipro." I had a week time to attend the interview. Hence I checked with couple of friends for Interview pattern. Surfed on Net, browse the Fresherworld.com for pattern and for mathematics Bought the Shakuntala Devi's Ar-thematic Book  Fought with Book and All set to write the Exam.

I think its Saturday, Written Test held at Begumpet some XYZ school. Lot of process happen for pre-written test. Entire Academic Score card i had entered, calculated my percentages.. in their forms. At last First Round completed. Result going to be announced in another 30 mins. I have waited. waited at Result Chart.. Results Announced My Name was not listed.. Felt Upset for some time and boost up myself I have few more companies in my Dream List. Convinced my self saying If not Indian Top company, i may get into World Top Company.  Back to home.. Went to a Movie with friends ;)

After couple of days.. Got a call from IBM..  Cleared all the rounds and Got Offer into IBM in a week span. Almost four and half years tenure in IBM with work experience in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad locations I was Happy that what i was doing. But Life is all about moving on for betterment. Looking for Change.. Last month got a Call letter from Infosys (This time for Laterals ;) ) and i was succeeded.  Got the Offer from Infosys. Two weeks back Joined in Infosys.

When it comes to work, as i was in IBM Environment it takes couple of months to adjust with Infy Environment. in these fifteen days with Infy.. I remember my school days .. Every day 7 periods in class. School Bus...Morning Bell, Lunch Bell.. Evening Bell...Play Ground... etc..  

I am waking up at 6:00 am Morning and finishing formalities then catch the Infy(school) Bus by 7:00 am and reach office by 08:00 am and swipe the Card for IN-Time (Like First Period in schools).. Lunch at Food court ( It's Gorgeous find the snap down).. Evening Games.. Swipe Out.. Catch the Bus again between 05:30 pm to 06:30 pm.. Reach home by between 07:00 pm to 09:30 pm. Day Khallaas. This is what happening every day in my Life ;) I just had a question whether Infy Changed My Life or i changed my lifestyle by opting Infy.

(This is the New food Court of Infosys Campus, as i every day see some Jaatara in it)

Seven Days Since Marriage !!!

Whats up? How are you.  Felt like to Say Hi and Hello as i was completely busy Buzy.. After finishing  My Pre wedding and Post Wedding  formalities i am just refreshed and back to Normal Life ;)  Went for a Movie "VEDAM" with Brother in Law. Tomorrow need to Go to Temple (lord Shiva) with Family.

So,  Coming Monday  i will be back to Office will share further.. ;)

Bought the New Mobile - NOKIA 5530

Loss is loss. On April first i loss my existing mobile which i was using my brother's lephone due to my inattention while driving on bike. Felt moody and loss touch with friends. ofcorse i have retained most of the contacts. After a week on April 8th i went to BIG C show room here at Dilsukh nagar with my friend and bought the new mobile. Nokia 5530 model. I was postponing buying of new Handset since 2 years. At last it was done ;) Handset is gorgeous..! I am enjoying with this new mobile... with new features...

MMTS Service - Bit Better !!!

It gives me the pleasure of a get away without actually even getting out of the city.  Indeed, what you see is what you get, and what you get is something else ;). Yesterday i have traveled in MMTS (Multi Modal Transport System) with one my colleague as she has been suggesting me since day one to travel in. because we would be having comfort and peaceful traveling. The route was  Lingampally-Falaknuma.  We have boarded at Hi tech City Station which is near to our office and thought to get down at Secunderabad from there i can catch bus to vanasthali puram hardly 45 minutes drive away. 

The Train started exactly at 17:30 (seems i am lucky yesterday) and reached secunderabad at 17:55 routed via Borabanda , Bharath Nagar, Fateh Nagar, Nature Cure Hospital, Begumpet , Sanjeevaiah Park and James Street. After James Street due to platform/signaling it was stopped for 3-5 mins at Ranigunz bridge.  But All the way it saved plenty of time and polluted atmosphere.

However, Service can  improved to be  better and best. facilities at Hi-tech City Station was worst and think same with other stations as well. for buying ticket itself took me more than 10 minutes as there was a single counter for men/ladies. to cross from one platform to another platform there is only one Foot over bridge is available that is also too far. if we have another two, it would very convince to passengers when they arrive/departure from the station.  I heard  the number of trains during peak hours were less. Apart from that Frequency between trains is too max, it should be less.  As we do not have dedicated lines for MMTS using the same path which intercity / national trains might be causing the problem. 

From Hitech City to APIIC (IT parks) And vice verse we have free two shuttle services(Tempo Buses) for every one hour during morning and evening times. Eventually  getting into the that tempo bus is very difficult.  Need to rush from the platform and run towards this bus by that time it fills. Need to wait for one more hour or go for Auto which again hits our packet for 40-50 bucks.

But when compare to travel in Bus, it is good to prefer train.  problem here for me is i need to get down at malakpet/secunderabad which again 45 mins - one hour journey to my home ;(

Neither loss for the company nor loss for an employee. if any employee has strategical thinking about his career and financial growth company applies more strategics. There is huge walk-in and schedule drives going for experts and as well as entry levels in MN C's and  small organizations.

Travelled on India's Longest Fly Over !

Yes..! Yesterday Night while coming from office after Masab Tank drop, I routed the cab to Newly constructed longest flyover in India called P.V Narasimharao Express Highway. Driver and Me both excited as both are not traveled on this flyover. Always first experience would be exciting and curious. I have noted down the time as we exactly started 08:35 pm at beginning Terminal and reached at end  terminal of fly over by 08:44 pm. its  almost 12 kilometers distance we traveled  in 9 minutes.. what a Experience ! Saved 45 minutes time. No Two wheelers, No Autos.. Only four wheelers.. that to i have seen only Cabs in that time.

People who go to AIRPORT, they love this route like any thing. Basically it was constructed for the same reason. It connects the Mehdipatnam area in the city to the Hyderabad-Bangalore National Highway (NH 7) and route to the international airport. I have also noticed middle of fly-over at two points they were also attaching bridges to fly-overs parallel and merges into it which makes more usage to the travelers from those two area's. If that phase also finishes then it would be more and more useful. 

Terrific Traffic - Totally Tired up with Traveling !

Just It took two days to decide me Felt like hell with this traffic, Traveling From Vanasthali Puram to Hi-tech City is even worst than traveling from one state to another state. As i have habituated with 10 minutes drive to office in Bangalore, Here spending almost two hours to reach office and two and half hours to come back home is screwing my happiness and i am not a in a position to think anything. Its testing my patience. None of the routes are working out for me. whether i take drive or go by local train or by APSRTC Bus or even by the Company Bus.. result is same .. by end of the day feel like ..Is this Life which i am looking for?  Ohh.. God how many days i need to go office.. eagerly waiting for weekend to take rest.

Of course, I am getting a time to talk my self in any of these four and half hours at some point of time like where am I? why I am here. But at times i am not even having hope to think about myself as tiredness is with me always.Two years before Traffic was bit better in Hyderabad, Now God also cannot save the Hyderabad to get rid of traffic. 

what to do? life is restless? when i go bed its almost mid night.. when i wake up it should be before 6* (* Mandatory) otherwise late to office..late in catching bus.. late to everything. "late bed early wake up" - this quotation i need to stick to the wall in my bed room. I am planning some alternative solution to get rid out  of from this tiredness and terrific traffic

I was very happy when i  was in Bangalore that i am going to Hyderabad soon, simply i can settle at Hyderabad.. Bindaaz.. But here situation is different. Either i need to change my house or change the company.. Not at all possible for few months.. Even if i change the company also will not resolve the problem for traffic and journey. Thinking to stay at madhapur for few months. What you suggest ?

My Experience With Fly King Fisher !!!

Yesterday.. Yes Yesterday I was excited to travel in flight as it was first time  for me to travel in Flight.  Flight was suppose to departure from Bangalore airport at  17:35 and should reach at 19:05, Hyderabad. Usually i was in exciting mood for some reasons as i am completely leaving from bangalore and other thing i was released from existing project and going to sign up new project that to at Hyderabad in my favourite/base location.

Time 13:30 Hours: Finished with farewall formalities in office and Started back to my Room J.P.Nagar. Then i had Quick Noodles and packed up and all set to start.

Time 14:20 Hours: Me and My roomy caught the auto and started to Jayanagar as need to report 1 hour before flight departure in Airport, From Jayanagar i can catch the BAIL Volvo AC Bus to Airport and also sendoff  from my roomy. As soon as we reached there we found the Bus then i have boarded in and bought the ticket. after buying the ticket, I got a message to my mobile that "Departing from Bangalore to Hyderabad is delayed and Scheduled to 19:05".  shocked for momentary why these people delays and felt its only one and half an hour late i can do timepass in airport and roam around.

Time 16:20 Hours: I have reached Bangalore Airport and finished Checked-In formalities then took the Boarding Pass and realised that again flight is delayed and re scheduled 19:55 due to technical problems. Get irritated and open the laptop was doing online chitchat..then finished roaming here and there, after all felt that i have more than tired went to Barista cafeteria had Mysore Masala dosa and Assam Masala Tea by giving 300 bucks as it was low price ;) By the way I did not like the tea at all. I keep looking at the wide screen to notice the flight timings...  Time was 19:55 till now no announcement, fought with KF representative over there at 20:20 heard the announcment flight is all set to ready.

Time 20:30 Hours: At last boarded in flight, welcoming by KF chicks, as I have choosed the windows seat, my both eyes are looking out of the window felt that two eyes are not enough to watch the earth from sky.. ;) Had dinner at Flight. some chit chat with co-passenger. Gone throught the filmy magazine till the flight landed.

Time  21:45 Hours: Flight Landed at  Hyderabad International Airpot, finished the check-out formalities then caught the AC Bus to travel my home place.  reached home by 22:30, had a small discussion with parents.. Finally felt that Thanks God... its Friday.. I am at Hyderabad ;) 

Though i was reaching late, It was a Lovely Experience as it was first time Flying Experience...!!!

First day at work in this year:

Friends,

For most of them today is a first day at work in this year,  Did you feel that any  thing interesting you going to do at office  or any thing in your mind that you do things differently today?  As it  was first day did  you want to create some enthuastic/energetic feel which you want to carry it to rest of the year.

To Me,  Just Another day at Work. But  psychologically i felt that should have more energetic at office today.  I cherished  New Year wishes withl fellow workers here and had some joyful feel. At My Seat, Deskboard i kept neat and quoted important tasks which i mandate to do a weekly basis ;) Changed my Desk Direction and seating posture not because of VAASTU. Just need some change and Doctor suggested to change the normal posture as i was suffering from right limb pain when i sit continuosly for a long time.

Replied to all the friends who sent New Year wishes without missing single one. then started to do routine work. Meanwhile messenger's pop ups from coleagues and friends.. had chit chats ..  viewed couple of new year celebration albums which shared by friends. comments on photos.. discussions.. Multi Tasking, Multi Threading.. New year resolution matters at break time... etc

Totally Enjoyed and had Fun !!! Hope you too had a Great Fun... Wanna share ..welcome ;)

Experienced the Avatar in 3D !!!

I was in curious quest to watch Avatar movie that to in 3D, I have decided to watch that flick at Hyderabad as i was expressed earlier(James Cameron "AVATAR") gonna watch it in prasadz IMAX 3D. This Tuesday i watched it with few of my friends. Had Exciting experience in watching that film.

Few factors make me more anxiety before walking into Screen. I never watched 3D films, That to one of the Big 3D screen i am gonna watch, RGV's Experience in that movie plus I often hear from friends that we have to wear spectacles to watch any 3D film to get real experience in it. 

As soon as stepped into counter there we have noticed NO INTERVAL for this movie, Please refresh before the show starts. this makes added more  to my excitement. I have paid 150 bugs for coke (Even high price) because no interval and need concentration on watching the film. While entering into screen We got the small Cokes + spectacles from counter's executive.

As it was first time, about to watch 3D, I recollected that in this screen i watched Telugu film Parugu last year may First 2008 with my colleagues as Prasadz have no other 3D movies to show on this screen.

They showed some 3D Ads, I excited and Enjoyed objects in the screen likely to be appear and come into our directions and also we feel we are in the screen along with the objects. I was more excited if Ad is like this, movie how it would be..?  ha ha ha I would be talking to characters in AVATAR? -:) 

Movie Started - More exciting.... When i come out from the screen, Movie Ended in 2 hrs 46 min.  in those moments i had neither my attention in watching is deviated nor chit chatting with friends.

I think most of you all aware of the story and making of Avatar.  I want to share couple of moments in AVATAR which i feel like to share.

Most of the scenes 60- 80% are highly visual graphics animated and presented awesome.  


Effects of  real 3 Dimensions are 30 - 40 % i had experienced and get excited.


chasing  and fight scenes are performed well.

If dig into story As an Avatar, a human mind in an alien body, he finds himself torn between two worlds in a desperate fight for his own survival and that of the indigenous people. 

Director Creation is highly challenged and his efforts  were hundred percent can expect on screen with technical elements.

Performance and roles wise all are fit into their roles are simple. neither high nor low and suits the fundamentals.


Over all, One must watch and experience it in 3D.

As we approach the end of the year, it is a good time to reflect upon the meaning of our lives and work, as well as focus on the things that and people who really matter the most to us.

There are many persons we might interact with them at professional and personal front. we had cherished each moments whether its good or bad. when we look back to life and work to see where we were, what has changed, what we have achieved, what we learned. what we need to appear to the same in order to continue same.

Like other years, In Year 2009 i had cherished each and every moment. Thanks to every one, I have learned so much this year from you guys and hope to keep learning. Hope you all had good time in year 2009.
