Experienced the Avatar in 3D !!!

I was in curious quest to watch Avatar movie that to in 3D, I have decided to watch that flick at Hyderabad as i was expressed earlier(James Cameron "AVATAR") gonna watch it in prasadz IMAX 3D. This Tuesday i watched it with few of my friends. Had Exciting experience in watching that film.

Few factors make me more anxiety before walking into Screen. I never watched 3D films, That to one of the Big 3D screen i am gonna watch, RGV's Experience in that movie plus I often hear from friends that we have to wear spectacles to watch any 3D film to get real experience in it.

As soon as stepped into counter there we have noticed NO INTERVAL for this movie, Please refresh before the show starts. this makes added more  to my excitement. I have paid 150 bugs for coke (Even high price) because no interval and need concentration on watching the film. While entering into screen We got the small Cokes + spectacles from counter's executive.

As it was first time, about to watch 3D, I recollected that in this screen i watched Telugu film Parugu last year may First 2008 with my colleagues as Prasadz have no other 3D movies to show on this screen.

They showed some 3D Ads, I excited and Enjoyed objects in the screen likely to be appear and come into our directions and also we feel we are in the screen along with the objects. I was more excited if Ad is like this, movie how it would be..?  ha ha ha I would be talking to characters in AVATAR? -:)

Movie Started - More exciting.... When i come out from the screen, Movie Ended in 2 hrs 46 min.  in those moments i had neither my attention in watching is deviated nor chit chatting with friends.

I think most of you all aware of the story and making of Avatar.  I want to share couple of moments in AVATAR which i feel like to share.

Most of the scenes 60- 80% are highly visual graphics animated and presented awesome.

Effects of  real 3 Dimensions are 30 - 40 % i had experienced and get excited.

chasing  and fight scenes are performed well.

If dig into story As an Avatar, a human mind in an alien body, he finds himself torn between two worlds in a desperate fight for his own survival and that of the indigenous people.

Director Creation is highly challenged and his efforts  were hundred percent can expect on screen with technical elements.

Performance and roles wise all are fit into their roles are simple. neither high nor low and suits the fundamentals.

Over all, One must watch and experience it in 3D.

Good Bye 2009 - Thank You !!!

Myspace Good Bye Comments

Online Laundry Service System (dhobipoint.com)

I have been hearing from my friend (who is a  techie from IT) since a month that he is going to start a business which related to laundry, ironing, washing, drying.. which all the things done by machine and operated by common man. Interesting.. isn't it?  Idea is simply superb, I heard these kind of business is there in some of other countries, In India first time I heard. his ideas were implemented, so called Dhobi Point Service, fully automated, online Laundry service system. All you have to do is to avail this service Just browse to http://dhobipoint.com or visit his outlet which is mentioned in that site.

As a part of business, Operations are initially starting at Bangalore premises, soon he is going to start at Hyderabad. He came up with innovating ideas to attract customers in Online Laundry Service System such as bachelor cards, couple cards...more and more.

People, who are residing near to  Marathalli, Kundenahalli, Munekollal locations in Bangalore are almost aware of it i believe.

I wish you Best of all the Best ...!!!

Enjoy the Feel - 3 Idiots !

3 Idiots - Film is  based on some bytes of  Chetan Bhagat’s best selling novel ‘Five Point Someone'.  I think Christmas season is lucky season for Aamir Khan. I have watched His last films Taare Jameen Paar, Gajini and this one 3 Idiots in X-MAS season.

As i was in home town today, i thought to watch this flick with my friends. In the Evening I went to my friend's house at Dilsukh Nagar, Had some chit chat with them and decided to give a try, we three Idiots went to Shalini theatre one hour before to get the tickets. There was a big queue, I was in dilemma whether we get tickets or move from that place to another theater which shows this movie. At last we got the tickets, we were inn..

On Screen...

Movie starts with Madhavan Voice Over,  who is searching for his college classmate Aamir Khan with another mate Sharman Joshi. Focus In searching of Aamir Khan,  we can see all their college life episodes, how they met, college bits  and Kareena, who is lover of Aamir Khan's love flicks.

Friendship bonds, Comedy ideas, career plans, attitudes all are presented in this movies with considerable extent. Music is OK. Photography is too good. most of the scenes shot in Ladakh, Shimla, Bangalore and Delhi. Director make out  the script well and showed his efforts on screen is nice, Though i feel Second Half is quiet extended in some scenes but i think for the story justification it makes sense.

Performance wise all are set in their roles well.

Bottom Line i can say ‘3 Idiots’ makes for an enjoyable watch. Have Some Fun  ;)

James Cameron "AVATAR"

AVATAR ! AVATAR ! AVATAR..James Cameron "AVATAR" .. Now Every where AVATAR Talk. most of my friends and flimy experts encouraging me to watch this movie. Creative Crazy director Ram Gopal Varma shared his views on AVATAR as Don't see it, Experience it. Much Expectations, High budget movie.. I am eager to watch this movie. I watch Hollywood movies less when compared to Bolly, Tolly, Kolly..etc. I watched all the movies which directed by cameron to my knowledge such as The Terminator, Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Aliens,Titanic. I am gonna watch this movie for sure.. neither for Graphics nor for technical standards, only for the way they presented the story on screen and the message which he conveyed to viewers. I could not make time myself watch this movie yesterday with My Roomy, he went to INOX here to watch premier show.

I decided to watch this movie at IMAX 3D Hyderabad soon. ;)

Be Happy - Worth Reading

Yesterday, I was driving, and the FM radio went off for few seconds. I thought, I should have an iPod. Then suddenly I realized that I have not used my iPod in last 6 months. And then… more things, Handy cam in last 2 years, Digital Camera in last 2 months, DVD player in last 1 month and many more. Now I can say that I bought that Handy cam just out of impulse, I have used it twice only in last 4 years.

So, what's wrong and where? When I look at myself or my friends I can see it everywhere. We are not happy with what we have but all are stressed and not happy for the things we don’t have. You have a Santro, but you want City… You have a City, but you want Skoda. Just after buying a new phone, we need another one. Better laptop, bigger TV, faster car, bigger house, more money… .I mean, these examples are endless. The point is, does it actually worth? Do we ever think if we actually need those things before we want them?

After this, I was forced to think what I need and what I don’t. May be I didn’t need this Handy cam or the iPod or that DVD player. When I see my father back at home. He has a simple BPL color tv, he doesn’t need 32 ″ Sony LCD wall mount. He has a cellphone worth Rs 2,500. Whenever I ask him to change the phone, he always says… “Its a phone, I need this just for calls.” And believe me; he is much happier in life than me with those limited resources and simple gadgets. The very basic reason why he is happy with so little is that he doesn’t want things in life to make it luxurious, but he wants only those things which are making his life easier. It’s a very fine line between these two, but after looking my father’s life style closely, I got the point. He needs a cell phone but! not the iPhone. He needs a TV but not the 32 ″ plasma. He needs a car but not an expensive one.

Initially I had lot of questions.

I am earning good, still I am not happy…...why ?

I have all luxuries, still I am stressed........... why ?

I had a great weekend, still I am feeling tired...... why?

I met lot of people, I thought over it again and again, I still don’t know if I got the answers, but certainly figured out few things. I realized that one thing which is keeping me stressed is the “stay connected” syndrome. I realized that, at home also I am logged in on messengers, checking mails, using social networks, and on the top of that, the windows mobile is not letting me disconnected. On the weekend itself, trying to avoid unwanted calls… and that is keeping my mind always full of stress. I realized that I am spending far lesser money than what I earn, even then I am always worried about money and more money. I realized that I am saving enough money I would ever need, whenever needed. Still I am stressed about job and salary and spends.

May be, many people will call this approach “not progressive attitude“
, but I want my life back. Ultimately it’s a single life, a day gone is a day gone. I believe if I am not happy tonight, I’ll never be happy tomorrow morning. I finally realized that meeting friends, spending quality time with your loved one’s; spending time with yourself is the most important thing. If on Sunday you are alone and you don’t have anybody to talk with, then all that luxuries of life, all that money is wasted. May be cutting down your requirements, re-calculating your future goal in the light of today’s happiness is a worthwhile thing to do. May be selling off your Santro and buying Honda City on EMIs is not a good idea. I believe in putting our happiness ahead of money is the choice we need to make.

I think, a lot can be said and done, but what we need the most is re-evaluation of the value of happiness and time we are giving to our life and people associated with us.

Who wants to go to Indian Hell..

A man dies and goes to hell. There he finds that there is a different hell for each country.

He goes to the German hell and asks, "What do they do here?”

He was told, "First they put you in an electric chair for an hour. Then they lay you on a bed of nails for another hour. Then the German devil comes in and beats you for the rest of the day."

The man does not like the sound of that at all, so he moves on and checks out the USA hell as well as the Russian hell and many more countries... He discovers that they are all more or less the same as the German hell...

Then he comes to the Indian hell and finds that there is a long line of people waiting to get in. Amazed, he asks, What do they do here?"

He was told, "First they put you in an electric chair for an hour..Then they lay you on a bed of nails for another hour. Then the Indian devil comes and beats you for the rest of the day."

"But that is exactly the same as all the other hells---so why are so many people waiting to get in here?" asked the man.

Because maintenance is so bad that the electric chair does not work, someone has stolen all the nails from the bed and the Indian devil is a former Govt. servant, so he comes in and signs the register and then goes to the canteen!

Aunty is No more !!!

Photobucket

What can anyone say at a time like this? Those of us and our loved ones who live under the shadow of this monster know how fragile and precious life can be. But when the beast takes one of our beloved ones that fact is brought home with painful force.

My best friend Gangadhar' s mother has expired last week unexpectedly. Words cannot alone express how sorry I am to hear this news. It was great shock to me. she is very jovial and kind nature. I never ever felt any odd time in their house.

I had very good time in my friend's house. His family treats me as one of their family member. Aunty is the one who always use to give support to me when i was fighting or controversial with her son since childhood. When i visit their home to watch cricket matches she will be giving company of watching cricket matches completely and rest of their family feels bore and jealous about us as we never give remote to them to switch into other channels.

Still i feel when i want coffee Aunty is the right choice to have coffee there in any time. Its hard to digest the fact that she is no more. ;(

My prayers, my thoughts, my tears, my heart, go out to my friend's family and may Aunty find peace in rest.

Corporate Communication Joke !!!

Engineer to Team Leader :

"We can't do this proposed project. It will involve a major design change and no one in our team knows the design of this system. And above that, nobody in our company knows the formulation in which this application has been written. So even if somebody wants to work on it, they can't. If you ask my personal opinion, the company should never take these types of projects."

Team Leader to Project Manager:

"This project will involve a design change. Currently, we don't have any staff who has experience in this type of work. Also, the language is unfamiliar to us, so we will have to arrange for some training if we take this project. In my personal opinion, we are not ready to take on a project of this nature

Project Manager to General Manager:

"This project involves a design change in the system and we don't have much experience in that area. Also, not many people in our company are appropriately trained for it. In my personal opinion, we might be able to do the project but we would need more time than usual to complete it."

General Manager to Vice President :

"This project involves design re-engineering. We have some people who have worked in this area and others who know the implementation language. So
they can train other people. In my personal opinion we should take this project, but with caution."

Vice President to CEO :

"This project will demonstrate to the industry our capabilities in remodelling the design of a complete legacy system. We have all the necessary skills and people to execute this project successfully. Some people have already given in house training in this area to other staff members. In my personal opinion, we should not let this project slip by us under any circumstances."

CEO to Client :

"This is the type of project in which our company specializes. We have executed many projects of the same nature for many large clients. Trust me when I say that we are the most competent firm in the industry for doing this kind of work. It is my personal opinion that we can execute this project successfully and well within the given time frame.

Funny SMS..!!!

Hi..
Today is 2nd October, So I am collecting Gandhiji's photos, I need your contribution 2 my collection... Please Ghar me Jitne be 10/20/50/100/500/1000 ka notes ho bhej dena.... ;) ;) ;)

Benarji.. Jera Dekoji !!!

When ever i want to go for online booking, i face the worst experience with IRCTC. I feel as same as i won the gold medal once ticket is booked correctly. General online Booking is quiet satisfactory but if we go for tatkal when quota opens the result should be 0/10 times. Today morning I was trying to book the ticket online through IRCTC from Hyderabad to Bangalore as tatkal quota opens at 8AM. I have started exactly at 08:01 Am to login the site.. None of the functionality will work. It welcomes with following errors..

Service Unavailable

Reservation Error

By God Grace if page opens then availability tickets count will go down from 200 to 100 when it comes to finshing the process Payment gateway will not respond, even it responds at the end of time it will lead to REGRET. Most of the users feel the same experience at the other end i am sure most of the tickets go into AGENT quota.

I understand the load is High on server because of scalability, too many people will access the site. Its tough to accept the 'n' number of requests and respond to them accordingly. Its a Very Big system in the world, Why can't come up with highly infrastructure and provide the high end support?

Most of them face the same issues...!!! We should have a luck to confirm the Ticket in IRCTC ;)

I am not at all having the satisfaction with IRCTC online bookings that to especially when tatkal quota opens.

I wish IRCTC improves the service to serve better during that time !!!!!

I was always with you

We all know this one

One day a man was having a conversation with God when his whole life flashed before his eyes as a series of footsteps on the sands of time. He saw that there were two pairs of footprints, but during the most difficult periods of his life there were only one set of footprints.

He asked God "You said you will be with me throughout this journey, but why have you deserted me during the most critical times of my life??" to which God answered "Son, I did not desert you, I was always with you...you see only one set of footprints because during those difficult times in your life, I was carrying you in my hands"

Now know this one too!!!

Another day I was having a similar conversation with my Project Manager (PM) when my whole project flashed before my eyes as a series of footsteps on the sands of time. I saw that there were two pairs of footprints, but during the most difficult times in the project there were only one set of footprints.

I asked my PM "You said you will be with me throughout the project, but why have you deserted me during the most critical times of the project??" to which the PM answered "Son, I did not desert you, I was always with you...you see only one set of footprints because during those difficult times, I was sitting on your head!!"

Indian Way Of Business!!!

Three contractors are bidding to fix a broken fence at the White House in D.C. One from Bangladesh, another from India and the third, from China.

They go with a White House official to examine the fence.

The Bangladesh contractor takes out a tape measure and does some measuring, then works some figures with a pencil. "Well", he says, "I figure the job will run about $900. ($400 for materials, $400 for my team and $100 profit for me)".

The Chinese contractor also does some measuring and figuring, then says, "I can do this job for $700. ($300 for materials, $300 for my team and $100 profit for me)".

The Indian contractor doesn't measure or figure, but leans over to the White House official and whispers, "$2,700."

The official, incredulous, says, "You didn't even measure like the other guys! How did you come up with such a high figure

The Indian contractor whispers back, "$1000 for me, $1000 for you, and we hire the guy from China to fix the fence."
"Done!" replies the government official.

Cheers Have a Nice Weekend !!!

Photography !!!

My Best wishes to All the Creators and Photographers. ;)

Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever... it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.

There is only you and your camera. The limitations in your photography are in yourself, for what we see is what we are....! In the above picture, My Elder Brother Venkat has shooting some scene, As most of you are aware as he is working as Operative Cameramen in Film Industry. Struggling since 12 years in that field..! We are expecting him on Screen as a Cameramen in 2010-2011.

Even I do Love to capture the photos where ever i go outing with friends and any occasions Some people do creative things by nature... ;)

A Little Story !

cid:image001.gif@01C955F9.49E0B290

A water bearer in China had two large pots, each hung on the ends of a pole which he carried across his neck. One of the pots
Had a crack in it, while the other pot was perfect and always
Delivered a full portion of water. At the end of the long walk from the stream to the House, the cracked pot arrived only half full. For a full two years this went on daily, with the bearer delivering only one and a half pots full of water to his house.
Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments,
Perfect for which it was made. But the poor cracked pot was
Ashamed of its own imperfection. And miserable that it was able to accomplish only half of what it had been made to do.

cid:image002.gif@01C955F9.49E0B290

After two years of what it perceived to be a bitter failure, it spoke to the water bearer one day by the stream. "I am ashamed of myself, and I want to apologize to you. I have been able to
Deliver only half my load because this crack in my side causes
Water to leak out all the way back to your house. Because of my
Flaws, you have to do all of this work, and you don't get full value from your efforts," the pot said
.

cid:image002.gif@01C955F9.49E0B290

The bearer said to the pot, "Did you notice that there were flowers only on your side of the path, but not on the other pot's side? That's because I have always known about your flaw. So I Planted flower seeds on your side of the path, and every day while we walk back, you've watered them. For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate the table.
Without you being just the way you are, there would not be this beauty to grace the house?

cid:image002.gif@01C955F9.49E0B290

Moral: Each of us has our own unique flaws. We're all cracked pots. But it's the cracks and flaws we each have that make our lives together so very interesting and rewarding. You've just got to take each person for what they are, and look for the good in them. Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not be bent out of shape.
Remember to appreciate all the different people in your life.

Driving towards Destination !

I Just want to share some moments which i had at office.. I Think its evening at 18:30 Today, "Hey Shankar! Well-Done, Splendid Job" --- My Project Manager appreciated me for kind of efforts. Though i bagged lot of appreciations earlier for various projects, This makes me more sense. After All trails and Errors mechanisms fixed some issues with help of one of Other project Friend(Thanks Shasheetha). At last we got some result. I am happy that My efforts are utilized, Because i committed few weekends to stretch on it and I have canceled my Today's Traveling to Hyderabad to attend my Brother's son First Birthday celebrations! My Efforts were calculated. I feel Result may fail efforts will never fail ;)

Since two months literally fighting in my office with source code and settings [Web logic 8.1 on Linux, Oracle 9i,Crystal Reports XI, Struts/Hibernate in J2EE]and environment setup locally for my project. Putting lot of efforts to get setup perfect in order to accept the challenging huge enhancement is coming up. Everything is new to Me.

Today i got some positive result as i able to setup environment and deploy my applications on production servers. Partially achieved something, However still some configurations need to be done at locally to achieve final outcome. Soon i need to fix those and get ready for BATTLE.

Thanks
Shankar

Love & Marraige..!!

I got this as a forwarded mail - Nice one.

A student asks a teacher, "What is love?"

The teacher said, "in order to answer your question, go to the wheat field and choose the biggest wheat and come back.

But the rule is: you can go through them only once and cannot turn back to pick."

The student went to the field, go thru first row, he saw one big wheat, but he wonders....may be there is a bigger one later.

Then he saw another bigger one... But may be there is an even bigger one waiting for him.

Later, when he finished more than half of the wheat field, he start to realize that the wheat is not as big as the previous one he saw, he know he has missed the biggest one, and he regretted.

So, he ended up went back to the teacher with empty hand.

The teacher told him, "...this is love... You keep looking for a better one, but when later you realise, you have already miss the person...."

"What is marriage then?" the student asked.

The teacher said, "in order to answer your question, go to the corn field and choose the biggest corn and come back. But the rule is: you can go through them only once and cannot turn back to pick."

The student went to the corn field, this time he is careful not to repeat the previous mistake, when he reach the middle of the field, he has picked one medium corn that he feel satisfy, and come back to the teacher.

The teacher told him, "this time you bring back a corn.... You look for one that is just nice, and you have faith and believe this is the best one you get.... This is marriage.

New exam pattern based on IPL rules......Nice one......

Cricket has reached exciting levels with IPL.... Infusing the same thing into exams,

some suggestions:-

Last one is the best.....!!!!!

1. Reduce exam duration to 1 hr and marks to 50.

2. Introduce strategic break after 30 minutes.

3. Give free hit, that is a chance for students to frame their own questions and write answers.

4. 1st 15 minutes power play that is no invigilator in the exam hall. (Everyone will love this...!)

5. Introduce fair play awards.

6. If any wrong question is asked you can give your own answer for the next question ...................FREE HIT.................... !!!!!!!!!

7. Cheer girls to cheer for every correct answer written....!!!

Perseverance, Persistence and Determination Story (Never Give Up in life........)

In 1867, a creative engineer named John Roebling was inspired by an idea to build a spectacular bridge connecting New York with the Long Island. However bridge building experts throughout the world thought that this was an impossible feat and told John Roebling to forget the idea. It just could not be done. It was not practical. It had never been done before.

John Roebling could not ignore the vision he had in his mind of this bridge. He thought about it all the time and he knew deep in his heart that it could be done. He just had to share the dream with someone else. After much discussion and persuasion he managed to convince his son Washington Roebling, an up and coming engineer, that the bridge in fact could be built.

Working together for the first time, the father and son developed concepts of how it could be accomplished and how the obstacles could be overcome. With great excitement and inspiration, and the headiness of a wild challenge before them, they hired their crew and began to build their dream bridge.

The project started well, but when it was only a few months underway a tragic accident on the site took the life of John Roebling. Washington Roebling was injured and left with a certain amount of brain damage, which resulted in him not being able to walk or talk or even move.

“We told them so. Crazy men and their crazy dreams. It's foolish to chase wild visions.”

Everyone had a negative comment to make and felt that the project should be scrapped since the John Roebling were the only ones who knew how the bridge could be built. In spite of his handicap Washington Roebling was never discouraged and still had a burning desire to complete the bridge and his mind was still as sharp as ever.

Washington Roebling tried to inspire and pass on his enthusiasm to some of his friends, but they were too daunted by the task. As he lay on his bed in his hospital room, with the sunlight streaming through the windows, a gentle breeze blew the flimsy white curtains apart and he was able to see the sky and the tops of the trees outside for just a moment.

It seemed that there was a message for him not to give up. Suddenly an idea hit him. All he could do was move one finger and he decided to make the best use of it. By moving this, he slowly developed a code of communication with his wife Emily.

Washington Roebling touched his wife’s arm with that finger, indicating to her that he wanted her to call the engineers again. Then he used the same method of tapping her arm to tell the engineers what to do. It seemed foolish but the project was under way again.

For 13 years Washington Roebling tapped out his instructions with his finger on his wife’s arm, until the bridge was finally completed in 1883. Today the spectacular Brooklyn Bridge stands in all its glory as a tribute to the triumph of one man's indomitable spirit and his determination not to be defeated by circumstances.

It is also a tribute to the engineers and their team work, and to their faith in a man who was considered mad by half the world. It stands too as a tangible monument to the love and devotion of his wife who for 13 long years patiently decoded the messages of her husband Washington Roebling and told the engineers what to do.

Perhaps this is one of the best examples of a never-say-die attitude that overcomes a terrible physical handicap and achieves an impossible goal.

Often when we face obstacles in our day-to-day life, our hurdles seem very small in comparison to what many others have to face. The Brooklyn Bridge shows us that dreams that seem impossible can be realized with determination and persistence, no matter what the odds are.

Moral from the Email : Even the most distant dream can be realized with persistence and determination.

***The End***

Never take some one for granted,Hold every person Close to your Heart because you might wake up one day and realize that you have lost a diamond while you were too busy collecting stones. Remember this always in life.
