People leave the companies depending on aspiration, needs , some go for money, while others for better responsibilities, some for challenges, opportunities for growth. Since two months i have noticed there is lot of attrition rate and recruitment rate is growing much. Neither loss for the company nor loss for an employee. if any employee has strategical thinking about his career and financial growth company applies more strategics. i accept the fact, i worked under 6 managers in four years.. i had very good time while working with them except one or two.
